BIU Band Learners Program

The BIU Band has an active program in place where experienced band members give up some of their time to teach people who share an interest in music and would like to learn a brass instrument.
We currently have a number of learners aged from early school years right up to grand parents. The only pre-requisite is that you have a willingness to learn and are motivated enough to put in a few minutes of practice as many days a week as possible. Prior music experience is an advantage but not a necessity. We currently have a number of adult learners who have had no prior music experience and are now at a stage where they are able to play in the main band.
